T/T 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy; 100% irrevocable L/C at sight; Paypal; Western Union.
Q:What is the delivery time for orders?
For standard brands, the delivery time is 7-10 days. For ODM/OEM orders, the delivery time is 45-55 days.
Q:What warranty do you offer on your products?
We guarantee the products received are qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us detailed photos, and we will send you replacements according to actual conditions. Our products have been insured worldwide since 2017.
Q:How are legal rights protected after working with you?
We sign an NDA to protect your design and ensure it is not sold to others. For large orders, we also agree to sign an agreement stating we only manufacture the products exclusively for your company.
Q:Are the materials environmentally friendly? Can you supply FSC certified materials?
Professional and certified materials have been utilized since 2008. Every month, paint batches are sent to SGS for testing, and we maintain our own product safety labs. We comply with FSC regulations to maintain a sustainable, eco-friendly approach. FSC materials are available at an 8% higher cost compared to standard options.
